ARRI RAW Properties

Log Processing - This option allows you to change the Log Output of the ARRI RAW file from LogC3 to LogC4 when applicable

Color Convert - This option allows you to convert the Log color space to another color space.

Color Output - This option allows you to set the output Color as either Full Range RGB or Video Range YUV

Image Resolution

In the Image Resolution section, you are able to scale and crop the image as well as change the orientation of the image. To reset any of the values simply right-click on the individual controls or white labels and choose 'Reset' from the menu that appears.

To fully reset the Image Resolution, click on the 'Reset' icon next to the "Image Resolution" label.

Image Processing

In the Image Processing section, you are able to adjust the White Balance, Tint, Exposure Index and Debayer Mode.

If you need to reset one of the controls to their default, simply right-click on a control and choose 'Reset' from the pop-up menu.

Image Look

For ARRI LogC3/LogC4 files, the Image Look is made up of both the LUT and the CDL.

You can import either a pre-saved Image Look file by pressing the import button next to the "Image Look" label. The filetype is AML for LogC3 and ALF4 or ALF4C file for LogC4.

To fully reset the 3DLUT, click on the 'Reset' icon next to the "Image Look" label.

LUT

The Image LUT is applied before the CDL and allows you to set either a

  • Embedded 3DLUT - This 3DLUT is stored in the media file.

  • Custom 3D LUT - This is a 3DLUT you can choose as well as choose the Destination Color Space for the 3DLUT

  • Custom Color 3DLUT - This is a custom 3DLUT plus adding in your own ARRI Display Render Transform (DRT) 3DLUTs. (Only applies to ARRI LogC4 files)

To clear the 3DLUT, right click on the label "LUT" (if a custom or custom color maangement LUT) and choose 'Reset' from the menu. To fully reset the 3DLUT, click on the 'Reset' icon next to the "LUT" label.

CDL

The Image CDL allows you to apply and adjust a CDL which includes Saturation, Slope, Offset, and Power. To reset any of the values simply right-click on the individual controls or white labels and choose 'Reset' from the menu that appears.

To fully reset the CDL , click on the 'Reset' icon next to the "Image CDL" label.

Copy, Paste, Reset Settings

By right-clicking on the "ARRI RAW Properties" section header - you can bring up a menu to copy the settings, paste the settings from a previous copy, or reset the settings. The paste or reset can also be applied to all of the ARRI RAW files selected in the File List Window
