The Video Scopes panel allows you to view the Vector Scope, Waveform, or Histogram of a video image. You can change which scopes are viewed by clicking the icon with three horizontal dots at the top of the panel.
The 'Wrench" icon at the bottom right of each scope allows for further options of that scope.
